Quick-drying AQUA HAJIKUN hardens immediately after spraying, shortening the installation period. It creates a seamless waterproof layer through highly waterproof performance, and excels in durability and weather resistance. It is also highly flexible and adheres closely to substrates to maintain waterproof performance over the long term.

AQUA HAJIKUN hardens immediately after spraying, allowing installation to progress quickly. Its extremely short hardening time is able to significantly shorten the installation work period.
FEATURE 02
AQUA HAJIKUN is highly water resistant, forming a perfectly waterproof layer. By creating a continuous film with no seams or gaps, it minimizes the risk of water leaks.
FEATURE 03
The application of a top coat to AQUA HAJIKUN renders the surface highly durable and resistant to ultraviolet rays, chemicals, and wear, maintaining stable performance over a long period even in harsh environments. This reduces the frequency of maintenance and life cycle costs. AQUA HAJIKUN has undergone three repetitions of JASS8 (Construction Standard Specifications) durability testing (T501, T601), which normally demonstrates the equivalent of 10- to 15-year durability per test.

What is polyurea?
Polyurea resin was developed in the United States in the 1980s and was expanded into a variety of applications in the 1990s. These applications include anti-explosion protection in military facilities. The exceptional properties of polyurea find use as a waterproofing material in buildings when long service life is required.

Polyurethane resin
Urethane resins bond (interact) weakly at finer atomic levels, bonding only at the simple molecular level. The bonds are also vulnerable to ultraviolet rays.
Polyurea resin
Atoms are connected to each another at a finer level than the molecular level, resisting deterioration over a long period.

Does AQUA HAJIKUN release odors during installation?
The installation of AQUA HAJIKUN itself releases no odors. However, some odors may result during the application of primers and top coats.
Is curing required?
As AQUA HAJIKUN is applied through spraying, curing is required to prevent dispersal. Dry curing until the day after application is also required, so take care to protect the site after application.
What is the thickness of the waterproof film?
Specifications cover waterproof film thicknesses of 2mm and 3mm. A 4.5mm specification is also available for parking spaces.
What is the service life of AQUA HAJIKUN?
Based on JASS8 waterproofing work performance testing under the Architectural Institute of Japan Construction Standard Specifications and Commentary, the equivalent of 30-year durability has been confirmed. AQUA HAJIKUN boasts performance that enables long-term use with confidence.
Can AQUA HAJIKUN be used in government projects?
Installation methods are available that comply with standard specifications for public building renovation projects. Accordingly, the product can be used with confidence in government projects.
