AQUA FOAM LITE
CO2 by about 22% compared to conventional
AQUA FOAM. AQUA FOAM LITE
is the most environmentally friendly insulating material
in the history of Nippon Aqua.
AQUA FOAM LITE contributes to a sustainable society as an insulating
material that is friendly to people, homes, and the environment!
With a lower thermal conductivity than fiber-based insulating materials, AQUA FOAM LITE offers outstanding energy-saving efficacy. Its outstanding airtightness and moisture resistance prevent condensation and mold, thereby enhancing durability. AQUA FOAM LITE also offers fire resistance performance and can be installed even in complex locations. It is made from environmentally friendly plant-derived materials.
FEATURE 01
Compared to fiber-based and other insulating materials, AQUA FOAM LITE's low thermal conductivity achieves insulating efficacy and enhances energy-saving performance.
FEATURE 02
Filling spaces without gaps through sprayed installation yields extremely high airtightness, which improves heating and cooling efficiency and reduces the energy consumption of the structure as a whole.
FEATURE 03
AQUA FOAM LITE 's moisture resistance helps guard against entry by moisture. In combination with the material's thermal insulation performance, this prevents condensation, reducing the risks of mold and corrosion and improving the durability of homes.
FEATURE 04
AQUA FOAM LITE has obtained a number of fire resistance structural performance certifications, and is designed to suppress combustion in the event of a fire.
FEATURE 05
AQUA FOAM LITE can be installed in areas that present complex shapes or constrained space. It exhibits little shrinkage and cracking after installation, offering long-lasting, stable performance.
FEATURE 06
AQUA FOAM LITE is made with environmentally friendly plant-derived materials. Featuring reduced environmental impact in its manufacturing process as well as its use, it is a material that is gentle to the global environment.

Weight achieves thermal conductivity of 0.036W/(m·K)
22% reduction in CO2 (compared to AQUA FOAM)
Resource quantity + plant displacement
Reduction of density
10kg/m3 (LITE)/14kg/m3 (AQUA)=0.714
Introduction of 1% or greater percentage of plant-derived material
0.714×0.99=0.707
ncrease in thickness due to deterioration of thermal conductivity
0.707×0.036W/m·K (LITE)/0.033W/m·K (AQUA)=0.771
⇒Approximately 22% reduction due to 22.8% decrease
