Since our founding, Nippon Aqua has focused on insulation and energy conservation, and in recent years has highlighted new threats such as natural disasters, infectious diseases, human rights issues, and geopolitical risks. We believe that promoting sustainability management is essential to cope with these threats.

To this end, we established the ESG Committee to specialize in deliberating and implementing matters related to ESG. The committee focuses on the following key issues: drafting specific strategies, formulating action plans, and regularly reporting progress.

Building a Responsible Supply Chain: We emphasize sustainability across the supply chain, working with suppliers and certified contractors to minimize environmental impacts and promote improved working conditions.

Respect for Human Rights: We respect the basic human rights of all people involved in our business activities and implement policies and activities to eliminate discrimination and inequality. We support a more fair and comprehensive society through cooperation with our employees, business partners, customers and communities.

Environmentally Conscious: We emphasize our commitment to a sustainable environment and reduce the burden on the earth through energy conservation and emission reduction initiatives. We will also strive for recycling activities and waste reduction.
